Counselling Services in Langley, BC

No two individuals or couples are alike. We take pride in tailoring our approach to your unique needs.

At Vista Counselling, we offer compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals and couples in Langley, BC and across the Fraser Valley. No two people are alike—so before anything else, we listen. With decades of combined clinical experience and training in approaches including EMDR, EFT, AEDP, IFS, CBT, and mindfulness, we tailor every counselling plan to the person or couple in front of us, creating a safe space for real change to occur.

Individual Counselling

One-on-one support for the struggles that weigh on you most through our individual counselling services: anxiety, when worry, panic, or social fear starts shrinking your life; trauma & PTSD, with specialized, evidence-based care for psychological injury; depression, when sadness has settled in and motivation, sleep, or hope have slipped; grief & loss, support through bereavement and the losses that reshape a life; and burnout, for the exhaustion and overwhelm of prolonged stress at work or at home. We also bring particular experience to men’s mental health, first responders, and people navigating identity, self-worth, boundaries, and parenting struggles.

Couples Counselling

Whether your relationship is in crisis or simply stuck in survival mode, evidence-based couples counselling—Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, and PACT—can help you rebuild communication, trust, and connection.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR is a research-backed therapy that helps the brain reprocess traumatic and distressing memories so they lose their grip—without requiring you to retell your story in detail.

NeurOptimal Neurofeedback

NeurOptimal neurofeedback is a gentle brain-training technology that supports calm, focus, and self-regulation. It can be used on its own or alongside counselling.
